Colleen Kennedy

I am an associate attorney at Plaskov Prescott & Moore, LLP, where my practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, I completed extensive coursework in litigation and gained hands-on experience through a clinic, where I handled a variety of employment-related cases. I also had the opportunity to present oral argument and submit briefing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit on behalf of an individual in a civil rights matter.
